I'm shipping up to Boston... to find my wooden leg...

While Lloyd and the gang are up at Teacup skiing with the kids from the School for the Blind (the WASHINGTON School, because Oregon closed theirs this year) I'm heading to PDX to catch the early morning flight to Boss town for a little family time.

Will post from there if I get a chance. Otherwise, I'll have to catch up next week.

Going Out to Play

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, Inside Activities will be on hold. I'm taking my camera and going for a hike. It's also Brindle's 12th birthday today. She deserves a treat!

So today I'll punt and send you over to Juanita's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, because she wrote about ME today! And of course, our band, Bitchin' Betty and the Sequined Backhoes (shown here incognito). I want Juanita to know that I'm keeping up on my musical practice here in the NW with Jamba Marimba so that I'll be on top of my game when we play our next gig at Yankers Bar, Grill and Whatnot.

I think Juanita has a chair free. You're looking a little shaggy, so go get a trim!
